Mở bán 1.200 đất nền dự án Vietuc Varea

Ngày 22-12, Thịnh Hưng Holdings đã chính thức mở bán dự án Vietuc Varea với quy mô hơn 20 ha, gồm 1.200 sản phẩm đất nền.

Dự án đã được duyệt quy hoạch 1/500, có giấy phép xây dựng, thi công hạ tầng cơ bản, đang hoàn thành những hạng mục cuối cùng.

Vietuc Varea nằm tại huyện Bến Lức, tỉnh Long An, ngay mặt tiền đường Vành đai 4. Từ dự án có thể kết nối thuận tiện qua các tuyến Quốc lộ 1, cao tốc TP HCM - Trung Lương, cao tốc Bến Lức - Long Thành...

Ông Huỳnh Minh Thắng, Tổng giám đốc Thịnh Hưng Holdings, cho biết dự kiến 3 tháng nữa, dự án sẽ hoàn tất việc ra sổ đỏ cho khách hàng. Theo chủ đầu tư, dự án đầu tư công viên nhạc nước và khu chợ đêm đầu tiên tại Long An, vì vậy chắc chắn sẽ sầm uất và thu hút khách hàng mua nền đất.

Gần một tháng giới thiệu 1.200 sản phẩm ra thị trường, hiện có khoảng 600 đất nền được khách hàng đặt mua với giá bình quân 14 triệu đồng/m2. Đại diện Thịnh Hưng Holdings nhìn nhận sức mua khả quan do dự án đáp ứng tốt việc an cư của khách hàng cũng như nhu cầu của nhà đầu tư.

Huỳnh Minh Thắng đánh giá thị trường bất động sản ven TP HCM đang có cơ hội tốt để tăng trưởng do quỹ đất còn nhiều, mức giá chưa lên đến đỉnh. Tại các dự án, doanh nghiệp phát triển nhiều tiện ích đảm bảo phục vụ được cư dân địa phương.
